Les Esserts Les Esserts is the largest of the beginner ski areas in Verbier. There are two areas. A FREE never-ever magic carpet area with a short blue slope to get the first feel for the snow and a longer, yet gentle blue slope accessible with a drag-lift. Les Esserts is situated right next to the Hameau bus stop.

La Chaux After feeling more confident on Les Esserts, the La Chaux area is where beginners can gain more confidence on longer blue pistes. This area is accessible from the Médran via La Chaux Express lift.

Le Rouge Le Rouge ski piste is marked red for its few steeper parts, however, this variable terrain makes it a perfect slope to progress. The slope is connected by a drag lift. The slope runs conveniently from the top of the village at Carrefour restaurant down to Le Rouge Après Ski.

Savoleyres Area If you prefer easier more flowy terrain and fewer crowds you will love the Savoleyres sector. It's perfect for groups with varied levels, and a must-ski whilst in Verbier.
